What RV Influencers Won't Tell You
I've turned down sponsorships from three major RV manufacturers. Here's what they wanted in exchange — and what every sponsored influencer is hiding.
The deal is simple. They give you a free rig, sometimes a stipend, sometimes both. In exchange — you don't post anything negative. Not 'don't lie' — don't post negative. Read the contracts. The clause is real.
Every glowing review you've seen from someone with a brand-new rig and a manufacturer logo on their channel — assume the contract. Not all of them. Most of them.
I'm not against sponsorships. I'm against pretending a sponsored review is honest. Disclose it bigger. Disclose it at the start. Disclose what you can't say.
