We are not certified RV inspectors. We do not perform in-person inspections. We will not tell you whether the specific RV in front of you is defect-free — only an in-person inspection by a qualified inspector can do that.
What we offer is the pattern-matching of four RVs and 135+ defects: the questions to ask, the things to look for, the brands and models we'd think twice about, and the decision-framework that would have saved us a lot of pain.
No. Ever. The point of the call is honest guidance — that's worthless if we're getting paid by the people we're advising you about.
We can still help you navigate warranty claims, but the highest-value calls are pre-purchase. Email us if you want post-purchase guidance and we'll let you know if we think we can help.
We can tell you what we'd be cautious about and the patterns we've seen. We're hesitant to actively recommend specific products — we don't want to be the people who told someone to buy a specific RV that then turned into a lemon. We're better at saying "watch out for X" than "buy Y."
